Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: Currently, we ship to the US only, however you may access worldwide shipping through our Amazon store here
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: You may return your order 14 days after delivery.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: 5-7 business days within the continental US.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards as well as paypal.
Q: Do you have gift packaging options?
A: We do not currently offer gift wrapping services. However if you wish to order a CT CapRack and have it gift wrapped you may do so via our Amazon store here
Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Order processing takes between 1-2 business days.
Q: How do I cancel/modify an order?
A:You may cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You can track your order here via the “track order” tab.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: This scenario is highly unlikely, however if this does happen please take a photo of the damaged product and email it to us with a brief description of the problem. We will reply with a free return shipping label to use for shipping the damaged product back to us and we will promptly send you a replacement order.
